About the Position
As an Area Manager, you will help oversee cleaning operations at multiple facilities within an assigned area. You will support site leads and cleaning employees, monitor service quality, communicate with customers, and work with company leadership to address staffing and operational needs. This is an active, field-focused management position that requires balancing employee support, customer expectations, and daily priorities.
What You'll Do
- Visit assigned customer locations to monitor cleaning quality and site conditions.
- Support, coach, and provide direction to site leads and cleaning team members.
- Help coordinate employee coverage, schedules, and operational priorities.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and concerns.
- Follow up on cleaning deficiencies and help implement practical solutions.
- Support employee onboarding, training, and performance expectations.
- Monitor supplies, equipment needs, and adherence to established cleaning procedures.
- Keep company leadership informed about staffing challenges, customer feedback, and operational developments.
