## Your Purpose

CTL Maritime, part of the MSC Group, develops cruise terminals and destinations that support the growth of our Cruise Division. We are entering an exciting phase of expansion in the Bahamas.  
As we grow our team we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professionals who want to help bring this project to life and support a broad and evolving portfolio of recruitment needs across our activities.  
Working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and managers, you will translate business needs into sourcing strategies, identify and engage relevant talent, and build qualified pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.  
In this role you will contribute to recruit our future colleagues for the Nassau Office, Ocean Cay, Sandy Cay and Billy Cay, across different corporate and hospitality roles.

## Your Impact

- Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Publish, source, screen, interview and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including local publishing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent pools and direct search methodologies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions, from role briefing through candidate selection, offer and onboarding handover.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity and reporting within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate’s experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback and a professional representation of the CTM Maritime and MSC Cruises employer brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding initiatives and strengthen CTL Maritime and MSC Cruises' presence in the talent market.
- Stay up to date on hiring trends, AI and market intelligence, labor market conditions, and hiring best practices.

## Your Journey so far

- 5 years of experience in agency recruitment, talent sourcing, talent research, talent acquisition.
- A proven ability to identify, approach and qualify for passive candidates, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Business curiosity and the ability to understand a position beyond its job description, including its purpose, operating context, stakeholders, and expected impact.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining attention to details and quality in delivery.
- Proven track record of implementing effective sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with HR partners and hiring managers.
- Strong candidate engagement skills and the ability to communicate opportunities in a clear, credible, and compelling manner.

## Your Essentials

- Proven track record and practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System or recruitment CRM. Experience with Phenom and/or SuccessFactors are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement when managing confidential candidate and business information.
- Eligibility to work in the Bahamas.
