We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Intune Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy (GPO).

In this role, you’ll balance hands-on delivery with long-term strategic planning. From analyzing issues and testing solutions to automating processes and integrating across platforms, your work will touch every layer of IT infrastructure.

At Kyndryl we support all major cloud platforms, so you’ll get the chance to use everything you know – and then some. You’ll also become expert at knowing when and how to call on other SMEs outside your wheelhouse. Thinking your way around pre-existing limitations will grow your creativity and flexibility. What You Will Do

- Lead Microsoft Intune administration, configuration, and optimization across enterprise environments, ensuring efficient endpoint management and service delivery.
- Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, OS updates, and Windows endpoint administration.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and drive modernization initiatives, including migration from traditional Group Policy (GPO) management to cloud-native solutions.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to enhance endpoint security, governance compliance, audit readiness, and user experience.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting expertise, automation-driven improvements, and mentorship while championing modern workplace transformation.

Required Qualification

- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, providing platform administration, support, troubleshooting, and endpoint management for enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy (GPO) administration and migration, and managing large-scale Windows 10/11 endpoint ecosystems.
- Skilled in device compliance, configuration management, security baselines, Zero Trust principles, and modern workplace/endpoint management best practices.
- Extensive experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint modernization initiatives, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration, and hybrid identity/cloud integration scenarios.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency, with working knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and enterprise service management tools.
