As a Senior Marketing and Client Services Coordinator (internally called Senior Client Services Coordinator), you will provide high-quality marketing, graphics, presentation, and administrative support to a team of tenant representation office brokers serving clients locally and globally.

You will develop polished client-facing materials, coordinate multiple projects, and help the brokerage team deliver responsive and professional service. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design, presentation, organizational, and project management skills who can manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will:

- Use Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and other design tools to create visually compelling, professional materials that support brokers and their clients.
- Manage presentation and marketing projects from start to finish, coordinating with brokers to understand needs, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
- Gather and organize market, property, and research information to support tenant representation presentations, surveys, and client deliverables.
- Create and update maps, charts, graphics, and other visual aids to clearly communicate information.
- Proofread and review materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and overall visual quality.
- Partner closely with brokers to manage multiple projects and priorities, proactively tracking deadlines and following through on deliverables.
- Provide a professional, responsive experience when supporting clients, brokers, and internal partners.
- Serve as the primary onsite Client Services resource, providing day-to-day support including coordinating meetings, arranging client lunches, printing and binding materials, and preparing meeting rooms and presentation materials.
- Provide additional administrative and project support to the brokerage team as needed.

What you bring:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related marketing, graphics, presentation, or client services role preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint skills. An interest in utilizing AI would be advantageous.
- Strong graphic design, presentation, proofreading, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, professional work.
- Commercial real estate or professional-services experience is an asset.
