Senior Demand Planner

Objetivo del puesto

Liderar el proceso de planeación de demanda para garantizar pronósticos precisos, optimizar niveles de inventario y soportar la toma de decisiones de negocio mediante análisis avanzados y colaboración cross-functional.

Experiencia ideal

- 5+ años en:

Demand Planning.

- Supply Planning.

- S&OP.

- Inventory Management.

- Experiencia liderando forecast para múltiples líneas de producto.

- Participación activa en procesos IBP/S&OP.

- Experiencia trabajando con:

Ventas.

- Marketing.

- Finanzas.

- Operaciones.

- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

- Experiencia con herramientas como:

SAP APO.

- SAP IBP.

- Kinaxis.

- Blue Yonder.

- Oracle Planning.

- Power BI.

Responsabilidades

- Construir y mantener modelos de forecast.

- Liderar reuniones de S&OP.

- Analizar tendencias de mercado.

- Identificar riesgos de inventario.

- Mejorar precisión del forecast.

- Desarrollar planes de mitigación ante desviaciones.

- Presentar resultados a liderazgo.
