Location: On-site in Reston, VA area (Full-Time). 1 opening. No travel, shift work, weekends or on-call.

What you'll do
- Administer Linux and Windows systems and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise support
- Troubleshoot and recover damaged, encrypted or non-standard storage devices
- Administer collaboration tools
- Work across functional teams and explain technical issues to non-technical people
What you bring (required)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- U.S. citizenship
- Systems administration experience, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise support
- Linux and Windows administration
- Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl or similar
- Digital forensics or storage recovery
- Knowledge of NTFS, FAT/exFAT, ext3/ext4, XFS and Btrfs file systems; RAID and disk management; MBR/GPT partitioning; SATA, SAS, NVMe and USB storage interfaces; and LUKS-encrypted file systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience supporting mission-critical environments
