Responsibilities for a Security Dispatcher
- Oversee communications in selected geographic areas
- Respond to service requests and provide information
- Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities
- Record and maintain data and dispatch information
- Confirm guards for shifts/sites
- Communicate with National Service Desk on coverage
- Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
Qualifications for a Security Dispatcher
- Computer proficiency required / strong computer skills.
- Customer service-oriented; customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Available 24/7 to adhere to rotational shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
