SUMMARY
The Quality BU Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality standards across multiple projects within a designated region. Th is role works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This position requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and control, as well as a focus on training, mentorship, and performance analysis to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement project-specific quality plans to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.
- Oversee and monitor construction quality through regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related challenges in a timely and proactive manner.
- Facilitate pre-installation meetings and coordinate reviews of mock-ups to ensure alignment on quality expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality processes, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality requirements are understood and met, addressing any deficiencies as needed.
- Analyze quality performance data and generate reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality by encouraging accountability and recognizing quality contributions across teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations to ensure project compliance .
- Performs other duties as assigned.
R EQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-7 years of experience in field supervision, quality control, safety acumen, and production of all phases of construction.
