$10,000 signing bonus!!                          Pay Range:  $165,000 - $187,000 per year DOE

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, motivated registered engineer with management experience to serve as Head of our Civil Engineering Department and be a member of the Executive Management Team .  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- California Registration (RCE)

- Ten years minimum experience managing employees, projects, clients and contracts

- Fifteen years minimum experience in civil design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D

- Excellent skills utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience with local agency requirements and regulations

- Ability to manage a team independently, develop strong client relationships, and possess advanced skills in critical thinking and judgement

Desirable Experience:

- Grading and Improvement Plan design

- Electric utility design

- Public agency projects

- QSD, QSP Certification
