Creative Strategy:
Analyze winning ads, research competitors, and spot market trends to develop high-converting advertising concepts.
Take a core concept and build out 20+ hooks, visual angles, and variations for rapid, systematic testing.
Translate consumer psychology and market dynamics—particularly in collectibles and trading cards—into compelling messaging.
Own Post-Launch Data Analysis & Iteration:
Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) after campaigns go live.
Identify what worked, dissect why it converted, and use those learnings to direct the next iteration of creative assets.
Lead Creative Operations & Asset Production:
Build and manage the creative production roadmap to support high-volume ad deployment.
Coordinate daily workflows for graphic designers and video editors, providing direct technical and creative feedback.
Set production schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure final deliverables launch on time.
Act as a Strategic Thought Partner:
Own the creative pipeline end-to-end, actively challenging assumptions and bringing fresh ideas to leadership rather than waiting for direction.
