Titre du poste: Ingénieur en intelligence artificielle (IA) Description du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) ingénieur(e) en intelligence artificielle hautement qualifié(e) pour concevoir et développer des applications alimentées par l'IA de calibre production au sein d'un environnement d'entreprise à grande échelle. Ce rôle soutient des initiatives au sein de l'une des plus importantes organisations d'assurance aux États-Unis, visant à transformer l'expérience des membres grâce à l'intelligence artificielle. L'équipe développe actuellement un assistant basé sur l'IA pour soutenir le traitement des réclamations, ainsi qu'une plateforme intégrée à 360° permettant de créer des profils de santé complets pour les utilisateurs. Ces solutions s'appuient sur des capacités avancées de grands modèles de langage (LLM) et sont soutenues par une vaste plateforme de découverte et d'exploitation des données. Responsabilités

- Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en uvre de solutions d'IA agentique, notamment pour des cas d'utilisation tels que les jumeaux numériques et les systèmes intelligents destinés aux membres.
- Concevoir et développer des flux de travail LLM agentiques ou multiétapes de niveau production, incluant la logique d'orchestration et la coordination entre plusieurs composantes d'IA ou services backend.
- Définir l'architecture système à partir de zéro.
- Concevoir, développer et intégrer des API RESTful tout en contribuant au développement frontend et backend.
- Maintenir des pratiques d'ingénierie de niveau production en matière de conteneurisation, de tests, de performance, d'évolutivité et de fiabilité à l'aide de Docker.
- Participer à des discussions orientées solutions avec les parties prenantes.

Compétences essentielles

- Expérience avec les architectures sans serveur (Serverless) sur AWS et le développement de systèmes de production utilisant AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, API Gateway et DynamoDB.
- Expertise en Infrastructure as Code (IaC) avec CloudFormation ou Terraform.
- Expérience en développement full stack et en conception d'API.
- Maîtrise des pratiques d'ingénierie de niveau production.
- Solides compétences en communication et expérience auprès des clients ou des parties prenantes.

Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires

- Expérience dans un environnement réglementé par la HIPAA.
- Bonne connaissance ou expérience significative de développement en Python.
- Expérience dans les secteurs de la santé ou du gouvernement.

Les ingénieurs auront l'occasion de contribuer à des initiatives d'IA à fort impact à l'échelle de l'entreprise et pourront également participer à d'autres projets après leur engagement initial.

Job Title: AI Engineer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI-powered applications within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role supports initiatives at one of the largest insurance organizations in the United States, focused on transforming member experience through AI. The team is building an AI assistant to support claims processing, alongside a broader 360° platform designed to develop comprehensive health profiles for users. These solutions are powered by integrated LLM capabilities and supported by an extensive data discovery platform. Responsibilities

- Contribute to designing and implementing agentic AI patterns, including use cases such as digital twins and intelligent member-facing systems.
- Design and build production-grade agentic or multi-step LLM workflows, including orchestration logic and coordination across multiple AI or backend steps.
- Define system architecture from scratch.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and contribute across frontend and backend.
- Maintain production-grade engineering practices with Docker, testing, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Engage in solution-driven conversations with stakeholders.

Essential Skills

- Experience with AWS Serverless and building production backends using Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

The pay range for this position is $190000.00 - $215000.00/yr.
