Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Cabin Crew division.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver quality training for Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) trainees and Returning Crew Scheme (RCS) crew to inculcate service and hospitality excellence.

- Conduct wet run assessments to ensure standards are maintained.

- Manage Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) to ensure all content are updated timely to maintain the relevancy and learning effectiveness.

- Ensure training mock-up facilities are up to date, fully operational, and compliant with Safe Management Guidelines.

- Ensure new product training is delivered to all key stakeholders in a timely manner to effectively support operational needs.

- Handle disciplinary and grooming issues of CCRP trainees to ensure standards are maintained.

- Develop engaging e-learning, micro-learning, immersive library of virtual learning and multimedia content to enhance learning experiences and support staff development.

- Conduct grooming review for Cabin Crew to ensure they conform to the approved grooming guidelines.

- Assist in additional duties / projects when assigned.

Requirements

- Uiversity degree in any discipline is acceptable

- Training-related qualifications (such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE)

- Project management (which includes project planning and use of PM tools such as JIRA)

- Product management (which includes requirements gathering and quality assurance testing)

- Data analysis, and any proficiency in data visualisation will be advantageous

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge of learning and development methods

- Familiar with e-learning platforms and digital tools

- Cabin crew experience will be advantageous

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Analytical with a keen sense for numbers

- Ability to manage projects independently

- Team player

- Resourceful and adaptable

- Detail oriented
