About this role
You will support the department in implementing strategic initiatives related to resource optimisation, participate in cross-functional projects and provide regular reports and updates on operational performance. In addition, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient clinic’s centralised billing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in healthcare operations
- Strong project management and data analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently under tight timelines
- Resourceful, meticulous and an excellent team player
