We’re Hiring | Mechanical Manager – Data Center Operations
Pathumthani, Thailand

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Manager to join our Data Center Operations team.

This role will take ownership of the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical mechanical infrastructure , ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of HVAC, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, ventilation, and other mechanical systems
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and lead root cause analysis
• Drive reliability, energy efficiency, and system performance improvements
• Manage mechanical upgrades and capacity expansion projects
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Lead and develop mechanical engineers and technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8–10+ years of mechanical operations and maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, and mechanical systems
• Proven leadership or team management experience
• Data center or other mission-critical facility experience is highly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills
