We are seeking a customer-facing Radio System Engineer to own RF performance for wireless products across the full product lifecycle—from early planning through factory ramp, performance tuning, and field trials. You will act as the technical point of contact for validation, algorithm, software, and regulatory teams, analyzing, debugging, and resolving issues quickly.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on RF/system engineer with strong Design of Experiments (DoE) skills, who can drive issues from symptom to root cause and verified solution. The work will cover cellular (4G/5G) and connectivity (Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth) radio systems, including RF front‑end and transceiver behavior, calibration, and 3GPP/IEEE conformance.
Key Responsibilities
Support engineering issues across the entire product lifecycle: planning, factory, performance, and field trials.
Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments for issue analysis and solution verification.
Design, bring up, and troubleshoot RF measurement setups.
Lead issue debugging, tuning, and optimization to meet performance and conformance targets.
Collect, analyze, and report DoE findings with clear root‑cause conclusions and recommendations.
Partner with validation teams on test plans, reproduction, and verification.
Collaborate with algorithm and software teams to debug at the system level.
Work with regulatory teams to ensure designs and tuning comply with regional requirements (e.g., FCC, CE) and 3GPP/IEEE conformance standards.
Document findings and share lessons learned so that fixes and improvements carry over to future products.
