We are seeking a Communication System Algorithm Engineer to drive advanced transceiver architecture and algorithm development for wireless communication products. In this role, you will perform trade‑off analysis on various transceiver architectures, with a focus on digitally assisted transceivers for mass‑production chips. You will explore new research directions and emerging techniques to improve transceiver performance under cost and implementation constraints.
You will also collaborate with global teams and coordinate multi‑site operations, attending meetings across time zones (e.g., Taiwan and the UK).
Key Responsibilities
Perform trade‑off analysis on different transceiver architectures, emphasizing digitally assisted solutions for wireless communications.
Design and implement algorithms to enable digitally assisted transceiver architectures in high‑volume production chips.
Explore and evaluate new research directions and emerging techniques to improve transceiver performance within cost and complexity constraints.
Collaborate with cross‑functional and multi‑site teams; participate in meetings across time zones to ensure alignment on design and development activities.
