• Process Improvement. Work with Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to improve CLM workflows, templates, playbooks, reporting, and operational processes, including the responsible use of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and expand team capacity.
• Reporting and Compliance. Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports regarding contract volume, status, aging, renewals, and other relevant metrics.
• Miscellaneous. Collaborate with legal and paralegal teams in other jurisdictions on cross-border assignments; support travel and meeting arrangements, scheduling, expense reports, and invoice processing; and support the Legal Director with cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based legal teams and familiarity with U.S. commercial contract terminology, CLM platforms, and contract repositories is a significant advantage.
• Experience with contract intake, approval workflows, document execution, records management, renewal tracking, and reporting is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the highest standards of integrity, discretion, service orientation, and good judgment, including the ability to recognize when a matter requires Legal escalation.
