Support the coordination and visibility of materials from requisition through fulfilment and inventory management. Responsibilities include:

- monitoring material requisitions and procurement status;
- supporting fulfilment activities for Bechtel- and contractor-procured materials;
- maintaining materials information, inventory status and the material responsibility matrix within approved project systems; and supporting the agreed division of materials responsibilities across project, support and field offices.

Work collaboratively with Engineering, Purchasing, Expediting, Contracts, Construction, contractors, suppliers and customer representatives to:

- coordinate materials management activities and maintain clear communication across project functions;
- support resolution of Unsatisfactory, Overage, Shortage and Damage (UOS&D) items and other materials-related concerns;
- assist with technical issues identified during receiving; and maintain appropriate records of material discrepancies and resolutions.

Support materials management activities through project completion, including:

- procurement and materials closeout;
- coordination and settlement of material claims and back-charges;
- disposition of surplus materials; and materials-related closeout documentation and reporting.

## Education and Experience Requirements:

- Alternatively 9-12 years of relevant work experience

## Required Knowledge and Skills:

Successful candidates will typically bring:
