The Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Executive will be a key driver of our talent acquisition and employee development strategist. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping our employer brand and enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in successful end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies and the ability to develop and execute effective initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian are required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
