Are you ready to help shape safe, reliable and sustainable railway solutions? At Siemens Mobility, we are looking for an experienced and engaged Senior RAMS Engineer to strengthen our project teams and contribute to high-quality delivery in complex mobility projects.

Your responsibilities:

- Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
- Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
- In the context of Engineering:
- Manages a network of technical specialists in order to realize costumer specific systems.
- Coordinates the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.
- Performs technical risk management.

We expect:
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position; experience in software testing is an advantage
- Ability to lead, motivate, and build a cohesive project team, as well as set priorities
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- High level of independence and ability to make decisions autonomously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
