The impact you’ll make
Assists with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility. Supports maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing “handyman” maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting and/or cleaning, light construction and/or exterior cleanup. Works with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs. Operates site equipment as needed, using hand and power tools as necessary. May perform other activities such as audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences, inter-office mail deliveries, waste paper recycling, and stocking of employee break areas. May maintain documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram, space usage, etc. and also assist with the editing of media materials, such as tapes. May provide support to vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria, media relations. May assist in hosting corporate visitors/dignitaries.

- Du übernimmst die täglich anfallenden Aufgaben im technischen Facility Management und unterstützt bei Änderungen und Anpassungen unserer Werks-, Büro- und Produktionsbereiche
- Du unterstützt unsere Sicherheitsfachkräfte und Brandschutzbeauftragten bei ihren laufenden Aufgaben
- Du setzt Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Wartungspläne um und sorgst gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Stellen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur
- Bei Arbeiten durch externe Dienstleister übernimmst du die Koordination vor Ort und begleitest die Firmen auf unserem Betriebsgelände
- Du packst auch selbst mit an, zum Beispiel bei kleineren Reparaturen, Service- und Assistenzeinsätzen
- Du unterstützt unser Fuhrparkmanagement und arbeitest eng mit dem Facility Management unseres Vermieters zusammen
Dein Profil
Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Bereich, idealerweise in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, HKLS, Installationstechnik oder im Tischlerhandwerk
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und proaktiv und bist es gewohnt, pragmatische Lösungen zu finden
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen ist von Vorteil
- Eine Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilienverwaltung mit technischem Schwerpunkt ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du verfügst über Englisch-Grundkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die du in unserem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld einsetzen kannst
- Vor allem bringst du eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit und hast Freude daran, unterschiedliche technische und organisatorische Aufgaben anzupacken

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
