Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to achieve business targets, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the branch team to foster a high-performance culture and support individual career development.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and relationship-deepening strategies to grow the branch's portfolio.
- Resolve complex customer escalations promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to execute strategic distribution initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within retail banking or the financial services sector.
- Strong track record of driving sales performance, operational compliance, and customer service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management services, and financial regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
