What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you’ll play an important role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly. You will:
- Process and monitor supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Support Accounts Payable activities , reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders across different countries
- Ensure financial information is correctly recorded in our systems and aligned with company procedures
- Work closely with other finance and business teams to solve day-to-day issues
- Contribute to process improvements and help make our AP operations even more efficient
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A degree or educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role
- Intermediate Italian and English
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working
- Good communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
- A current location in Hungary, or willingness to relocate
