What You'll Do
As a Graduate Automotive Technical Support Engineer, you will support dealership technicians across the German-speaking network and develop expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and emerging technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing vehicle faults, diagnostic data, error codes, and repair information.
- Supporting German-speaking dealership technicians through our professional ticketing platform.

- Recommending effective repair solutions with guidance from senior technical specialists.
- Collaborating with highly experienced engineers and automotive experts across Europe.
