Job Description
What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Financial Outcomes
- Assist in key recruitment activities, e.g. candidate sourcing via different channels, university hires, priority checks, etc.
- Manage positive on-boarding experience and provide support to the team wherever possible
- Deployment of pre-boarding processes for different candidates
Development & Deployment of Employment Contract / Offer management
Customer Service
- Perform Root cause analysis for SLA noncompliance and take corrective action
- Manage exceptions arising out of batch interface
Internal Processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within the HTR Function
Innovation and Learning
- Ensure high level of accuracy in offer rollout and other recruitment tasks
- Resolve queries (internal and external) within defined turnaround time
- Adherence to process SLAs
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in HR processes
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?
- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Human Resources
- Min. 6+ years of post-qualification experience
- Understanding of the HR recruitment process .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge in SAP.
- Proficiency in MS Office
