Assistant - Sales & Marketing
(Based at Thulhiriya)
Strategically located within Sri Lanka’s Industrial Zone in Thulhiriya, TEXO is a fabric processing mill, offering value adding services such as dyeing, finishing and printing of cotton-based fabrics to global brands. Along with TEXO’s capability of providing customized orders, this MAS owned entity also benefits from the cost and sustainability advantage of being located within the MAS Fabric Park.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to drive revenue growth for the organization by leading and managing sales & Marketing activities including order hunting, placement and execution and managing the FG inventory for achieving the monthly sales targets to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Expected to develop and implement sales and marketing Strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
- Follow up on pending orders, customer inquiries, and sales-related matters.
- Coordinate marketing-related events and customer visits.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, presentations, and performance updates.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree / Diploma in management / Statistics / Marketing / Mathematics or relevant
- 1 year of relevant work experience
