The project:
Overall leadership, monitoring/highlighting delivery issues, senior stakeholder interface, coordinating Prestige and key parties.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leads the successful delivery of projects from inception through to post-completion, managing programmes, budgets, milestones and risks in line with client and stakeholder expectations.
- Manages client, consultant, contractor and wider stakeholder relationships, driving collaboration, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring effective project outcomes.
- Promotes Safety First, demonstrating visible safety leadership, supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues, and embedding Mace’s HSW framework throughout project delivery.
- Oversees design, authority approvals, procurement, construction sequencing and delivery programmes, ensuring activities are effectively coordinated and delivered against agreed milestones.
- Provides leadership and subject matter expertise across project teams, managing senior managers and supporting business activities including bidding, resourcing, commercial performance, reporting and business development.
- Drives service excellence and continuous improvement by embedding digital, data, quality, assurance and sustainability best practices, while supporting Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon and proactive carbon reduction.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
