Your new company:

Trident create digital packaging assets for some of the most recognisable brands in the world.  Our dynamic, innovative team works with FMCG brands to prepare packaging artworks for mass print production. A digitally focused company, we continuously strive to stay at the forefront of our field, designing and developing our own cutting-edge technologies and powerful systems. This ensures that we are constantly driving our business forward and offering our customers the highest quality service, whether this is retouching media ready for print or crafting a 3D image for E-commerce sites.

Your new role:

We're looking for a confident, people-focused Production Manager to lead a team of around 30 skilled professionals working in our digital artwork and CGI production environments.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys leading people but also understands that great leadership means setting clear expectations, maintaining high standards and taking accountability for results.

We're interested in experienced managers who have successfully led teams in modern, professional, office-based environments and can bring fresh thinking, strong leadership skills and a disciplined approach to operational performance.

If you're passionate about developing people, confident managing performance and motivated by making teams better, we'd love to hear from you.

What are the responsibilities of a Production Manager?

As Production Manager, you'll take responsibility for the people, performance and day-to-day effectiveness of your team.

Your role will be to create an environment where people are engaged, well supported and clear about what's expected of them, while taking accountability for achieving the team's quality, productivity, efficiency and delivery objectives.

You'll coach and develop individuals, manage performance and ensure that the right skills and resources are available to meet business needs.

You'll take ownership of operational performance, using data and insight to understand challenges, make informed decisions and drive improvements.

You'll work alongside experienced specialists who understand our production processes and will support you in learning the industry.

This role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week) with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

Who are we looking for?

·       An experienced people manager who combines strong leadership skills with operational discipline.

·       Someone with strong planning and resource management skills, with the ability to anticipate demand, optimise team capacity and utilisation, and ensure resources are effectively aligned to workload and delivery requirements.

·       Someone who takes ownership of achieving our quality targets, with the confidence to challenge underperformance and drive corrective action.

·       A proven ability to drive continuous improvement, increasing efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.

·       A data-driven thinker who uses business information insights to challenge and improve performance.

·       A proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

·       An individual who champions the value of our teams and community.

·       Someone with strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and profitability.

·       A collaborative partner who can influence across teams and functions.

·       You may currently work in professional services, digital operations, technology, creative services, corporate operations or another structured, deadline-driven environment.

What will we provide for you?

You will get to work for a company that is proud of who we are, what we do and how we treat our people – and become part of our Trident DNA.  We offer great development and progression opportunities around the Globe, a competitive salary, a benefits package plus hybrid working, an early finish on a Friday and a generous holiday allowance.
