Complex Care Assistant – Southminster, CM0Pay: £12.71–£16.00 per hourLocation: Southminster, Essex CM0Job Type: Part-TimeShifts: 12-hour shiftsRequirements: Minimum 6 months' care experienceHelp Someone Live Life Their WayAre you a compassionate, experienced Care Assistant who believes that great care is about promoting independence, respecting choices and making a genuine difference?At HFH Healthcare, we're looking for a reliable and attentive Complex Care Assistant to support a woman in her early 70's who has a tracheostomy, suffers with blood clots & seizures.This is a rewarding opportunity to provide dedicated, one-to-one care and build a positive, trusting working relationship.What You'll Be DoingYou'll provide personalised support with daily living and specialist care needs, including:Personal care, dressing and daily routines.Monitoring wellbeing.Encouraging independence and respecting the client's choices.Working closely with the client and clinical team to provide safe, consistent care.All specialist care will be delivered in line with appropriate training, care plans and competency assessments.What We're Looking ForAt least 6 months' previous care experience.Experience with tracheostomy or complex care is desirable.A calm, compassionate and professional approach.Confidence supporting personal care and physical disabilities.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently.A genuine commitment to dignity, independence and person-centred care.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that the client should always have a voice in how their care is delivered.Why Join HFH Healthcare?At HFH Healthcare, you won't be rushing between multiple homes.
