As Education Coordinator - Inpatient, you’ll provide education and administrative support that helps ensure effective, efficient unit operations and high-quality patient care. You’ll coordinate orientation, training, competency development, preceptor support, and clinical education activities while continuing to provide direct patient care.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
- Registered Nurse license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing or through the Nursing Licensure Compact required
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required
- Two years of clinical nursing experience required
- One year of preceptor or educator experience preferred
