About this role
? WELDERS - MIG Weld metal components using MIG techniques, interpret blueprints, and construct parts to specification. Inspect welds for quality, maintain equipment in proper working order, and troubleshoot issues. Support other departments and perform assigned duties as production needs require.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years as a production or installation MIG welder and the ability to pass a practical welding test. Proficient in reading blueprints, using tools safely, and applying mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work independently or in a team, and willingness to cross-train.
