Commis de Bar | Season 2027 | Castello di Casole

At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commis de Bar, who will support our bar team in maintaining smooth service and impeccable bar preparation.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities Include

- Assist Bartenders with bar setup, fruit preparation, ice stocking, and glass polishing prior to and during service.

- Clear bar tables, transport used glassware to dishwashing areas, and restock clean supplies promptly.

- Serve non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and light snacks to guests under the guidance of senior bar staff.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-bar storage areas, refrigerators, and cellars.

- Learn cocktail recipes, spirit categories, and bar service etiquette to advance professionally.

What You Bring

- Previous experience or educational background in bartending or hospitality service.

- Passion for mixology, spirits, and beverage hospitality.

- Proactive work style, reliability, and team mindset.

- Fluent in Italian and good working knowledge of English.
