All about the role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development of digital and connected consumer experiences within Food Preservation, Hobs & Hoods. You will translate consumer needs and business objectives into clear product direction and drive initiatives from concept through development, integration and launch.

This role combines strong product leadership with hands-on delivery and project management capability. You will work across mobile applications, user experience, cloud, data, connected appliances and externally developed products, collaborating with teams and partners across a large global organization.

A Typical Day

·    Collaborate and drive the product vision, roadmap and priorities for digital experiences within Food Preservation, Wine, Hobs & Hoods.

·    Translate consumer needs, business objectives and technology opportunities into clear product requirements and priorities.

·    Lead complex initiatives across app development, UX, cloud, data, connectivity and appliances.

·    Partner with UX and visual design teams to create intuitive, coherent and high-quality consumer-facing experiences.

·    Apply project management capability to structure plans, coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive progress against outcomes and milestones.

·    Create alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Business, Regions and other functions, resolving competing priorities and enabling timely decisions.

·    Work with OEMs, suppliers and external development partners to integrate outsourced and branded products into the Electrolux ecosystem and consumer experience.

·    Use consumer insights, analytics and product performance to guide prioritization and product decisions.

·    Communicate direction, progress, risks and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·    Build strong relationships across a complex global organization and contribute to mentoring Product Owners and improving product practices.

Who You Are?

You are an experienced Product Owner ready to take broader responsibility for complex digital products and initiatives across organizational boundaries. You combine product judgement, technical understanding and execution capability with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience and capabilities

·    5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role; close to 10 years of product ownership experience is highly valued.

·    Approximately 10 years of experience in software development or digital product development environments.

·    Strong knowledge of mobile and app development, consumer-facing digital products, visual UX and interaction design.

·    Good understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data and connected product ecosystems.

·    Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, external development partners or outsourced branded products.

·    Strong project management capability, including planning, scope coordination, dependency management, risk management, milestone tracking and stakeholder communication.

·    Experience coordinating multiple development teams and complex technical or organizational dependencies.

·    Ability to move confidently between product strategy, discovery, definition and execution.

·    Excellent English communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.

·    Exceptional ability to build trust, relationships and alignment across functions, cultures and levels of seniority.

·    Ability to operate independently, make trade-offs and drive decisions in ambiguous situations.

An advantage

Experience with connected appliances, IoT, smart-home ecosystems, cybersecurity, privacy or global consumer products.
