What You'll Do
- Drive the Mobile Service van to customer locations and complete on-site repairs and maintenance
- Handle scheduled services, recalls, software updates, and field diagnostics accurately
- Plan each day's route and workload ahead of time to stay on schedule
- Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors on parts needs and customer updates
- Record all completed work on repair orders
- Follow Ford technical service bulletins and complete all required training
- Maintain the Mobile Service van and its equipment in good working order
- Represent San Tan Ford professionally in every environment and weather condition
- Earn repeat business through reliable, courteous service at each stop

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional automotive experience at a dealership or high-volume shop
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
- Well-organized and self-directed with strong time management
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably in varying outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
