Our store

The Banstead Specsavers store is a busy and well-established optical and audiology practice located on Banstead High Street, serving a loyal customer base within the local community. The store is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and expert eye and hearing care in a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment. Conveniently situated in the town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with regular bus services connecting Banstead to Sutton, Croydon, Epsom, Redhill and surrounding areas, making it easily accessible. The location offers a fast-paced and rewarding workplace where team members are encouraged to develop their skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of a trusted high street brand.

Our team

The Banstead Specsavers team is made up of dedicated and passionate professionals who work together to create a positive and supportive environment for both customers and colleagues. From optical and hearing specialists to retail assistants and management, every team member plays an important role in delivering excellent patient care and outstanding customer service. The store fosters a collaborative culture where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and personal development are actively encouraged. New colleagues are supported through comprehensive training and mentoring, enabling them to build confidence and develop their careers within the business. - Previous optical experience is essential

- A confident and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Excellent attention to detail

- Well organised, with strong time management skills
