Technical Content Editor (CMS)

Join us and:

- Work at an award-winning trading company and learn about FX, Crypto and CFDs from the industry’s best.
- Be on a team responsible for company-wide, top-priority projects, including our CMS migration.
- Help shape how a global business uses AI in content and publishing.
- Boost your career in a FinTech company that partners with the New York Red Bulls.

How do we work?
You’ll join an in-house Creative Team based in our Warsaw (Poland) or Prague (Czechia) office, reporting into the Head of Creative Production. You will play a crucial role in publishing and managing high-volume content across our websites and digital platforms, and in supporting the technical setup and migration of our content management systems.

You’re action-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable with the technical side of CMS setup. You’re also sharp and curious, with ideas of your own, and you constructively challenge decisions while keeping delivery in line with scope.

The role requires a solid understanding of the brand, the product and the market we compete in. Knowledge of trading is advantageous but not essential, as training will be given.

We are a global company and English is our working language. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office.

In this role, you will:

- Drive the use of AI in how we create, manage and publish content. You will identify, test and roll out AI-assisted workflows, with human review.
- Create, edit, proofread and publish content on our live websites through the CMS, within brand guidelines and the OANDA Tone of Voice, following our Compliance approval process before anything goes live.
- Manage page templates, metadata, taxonomy, navigation and media libraries, and keep content accurate, accessible and SEO-friendly.
- Support the migration to our new CMS, including content audits, content modelling and mapping, clean-up, and redirect planning. You will look for ways to optimise the work, question existing processes with smart thinking, and deliver automated solutions that fit the scope of the project.
- Help manage the CMS and its environments, including user roles and permissions, integrations, and staging and production workflows.
- Run QA and UAT before and after go-live (broken links, rendering, forms, analytics tags and performance).
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, developers and marketing to take projects from brief to final delivery.
- Document processes and train colleagues on CMS best practice.

What skillsets do you need to be successful in this role?

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, in a client-side (in-house) or agency environment.
- Hands-on experience publishing and managing content in a CMS (e.g. Wagtail, WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful or similar).
- Experience supporting or delivering a CMS migration or replatforming project.
- Experience using AI tools to improve content workflows and migration tasks, with strong human oversight and a clear eye on accuracy and compliance.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Basic scripting or SQL for bulk content tasks is a plus.
- Understanding of technical SEO, including URL structure, redirects, metadata and site performance.
- Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keeps up to date with CMS, content and web publishing trends and best practice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Autonomy and excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Candidates are asked to share examples of their previous work, such as live pages they have published, migration or CMS projects, or a case study.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with web analytics and tag management tools (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager) and a working understanding of APIs and version control.
- Experience of Jira or similar project management tools.
- Interest in or experience of working in financial services (banking, FX, CFDs), gambling or other regulated industries.
