LONDIS, Premier Service Station, Ennis Road , Co. Limerick as part of the Casey Retail Group are looking for an experienced Full-Time Deli Cook to join their fantastic team in their newly renovated LONDIS Store.

The successful candidate must be fully flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, in line with business requirements.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To prepare and cook food for the deli department, ensuring products are fresh, properly cooked and presented to a hight standard while following all food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience in fresh food/deli or catering environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene procedures and safe food handling practices
- Ability to prepare and cook food to a high standard

- Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
- Professional & polite manner is essential
- Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges
