Work Environment
This is a full-time role, working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours typically between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Because the team is global, you may occasionally attend early morning meetings, including around 8:00 a.m. The role is primarily remote, with an expectation to come into the Seattle office as needed for in-person sessions. In practice, on-site time has been limited for similar roles, but flexibility is required. The Devices and Services team plans to move to Bellevue around 2027, and you should be comfortable attending in-person sessions in either Seattle or Bellevue as needed. You will work with unlaunched devices and features that are slated for release locally and internationally, supporting beta programs that test new products with internal participants. The team recruits employees who match specific criteria, sends them devices to test, and collects their feedback to ensure products meet customer expectations before launch. You join a collaborative, fast-paced, global team within a devices and services organization, working alongside approximately five full-time employees and five to six contractors. The culture emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions. Work is primarily office-appropriate and technology-focused, using standard productivity tools such as Excel and survey platforms, with no specialized physical requirements noted.
