About the opportunity
Bring your clinical expertise and aesthetic eye to a role centered on personalized care and natural-looking results. We’re seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector / Wellness Provider who is a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN).
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with cosmetic injectables, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers, strong facial anatomy knowledge, and a commitment to patient safety. You’ll build lasting patient relationships through thoughtful consultations, individualized treatment planning, and attentive follow-up.
Clinical responsibilities—including wellness assessments and treatment planning—will align with your license, demonstrated competencies, applicable regulations, and required medical oversight. Diagnosis and prescribing duties apply only to appropriately authorized providers; they are not expectations for RN applicants.
What you’ll do
- Deliver aesthetic treatments: Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections within your authorized scope of practice, training, and clinical protocols.
- Personalize patient care: Conduct consultations and assessments appropriate to your credentials, review medical histories, and discuss aesthetic goals and treatment suitability.
- Plan for balanced results: Develop or contribute to individualized treatment plans that prioritize safety, realistic expectations, and natural-looking outcomes.
- Support wellness care: Provide or assist with wellness services according to your licensure, established treatment plans, applicable orders, and required oversight.
- Educate and empower: Explain treatment options, risks, benefits, aftercare, and follow-up recommendations so patients can make informed decisions.
- Maintain clinical standards: Document care accurately, follow infection-control procedures, and uphold patient privacy and informed-consent requirements.
- Prioritize safety: Recognize potential adverse reactions or complications and respond or escalate care according to clinical protocols.
- Build lasting relationships: Support continuity of care through thoughtful follow-up, patient education, and appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with clinical providers and patient support staff to deliver a welcoming, professional experience.
What you’ll bring
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse, with eligibility to practice in the role’s location.
- Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- For highly skilled RN candidates, advanced hands-on injectable experience, strong patient assessment skills, and the ability to work within established orders and clinical protocols.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, facial aging, treatment contraindications, safe injection techniques, and complication recognition.
- Sound clinical judgment and a patient-first approach to aesthetic medicine.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- A commitment to ongoing education in medical aesthetics, injectable treatments, and wellness care.
