The ideal candidate will work effectively across the company, translate approved technical and leader-provided information into clear materials, and maintain strong follow-through across recurring marketing, communication, and coordination responsibilities.

Tactical Work
- Create and coordinate approved employee-facing messages, social media content, email communications, website updates, and other routine company communications.
- Support RCE culture and employee engagement through internal campaigns, company events, recognition activities, and approved community or industry initiatives.
- Maintain marketing collateral and brand resources within established common file structures, including templates, resumes, project profiles, experience information, photographs, presentations, and approved visual assets.
- Prepare and update flyers, advertisements, presentations, event materials, promotional items, and other marketing content using established brand standards.
- Coordinate with approved marketing, printing, photography, website, promotional-product, and event vendors.
- Create engaging written, photo, and video content that supports internal teams, project initiatives, and client communications.
- Assist technical and divisional leaders with planned client outreach by preparing communications, contact materials, meeting information, presentations, leave-behind materials, and follow-up resources.
- Support proposal, statement of qualifications, interview, and pursuit-related materials using information approved by the responsible technical and divisional leaders.
- Coordinate approved client appreciation, relationship-building, community, and industry events with the leaders who own the underlying client relationships.
- Organize outreach schedules, contact lists, communication drafts, and follow-up items without independently owning client relationships or making commitments on behalf of RCE.
- Provide administrative coordination for designated product lifecycle meetings and related workflows in Monday.com, including meeting materials, action items, assigned owners, due dates, and follow-up.
- Maintain agreed process documentation, templates, meeting schedules, and status information for assigned workflows.
- Conduct periodic reviews of assigned company properties and document maintenance, repair, or service needs.
- Coordinate approved property maintenance, repairs, minor projects, vendors, service schedules, and related records.
- Serve as an administrative coordination point among property vendors, tenants, and designated internal stakeholders, escalating contractual, financial, safety, or major property decisions to the appropriate owner.
- Conduct property research to identify potential development opportunities based on criteria and parameters established by Technical Division leaders.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Strategic Work
- Partner with technical and divisional leaders to strengthen the quality, consistency, and timing of marketing and communications support for client engagement and pursuit activities.
- Coordinate periodic reviews of marketing collateral and brand resources so company materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with approved messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of internal culture, engagement, and communication initiatives that reinforce RCE’s mission and core values.
- Identify practical improvements to recurring marketing, communication, event, and product lifecycle coordination processes and recommend changes to the HR Director.
- Protect brand consistency, confidentiality, and appropriate approval boundaries by elevating sensitive communications, strategic messaging, client commitments, and reputational questions to the appropriate leader.
- Maintain clear role boundaries: senior and divisional leaders retain ownership of growth strategy, business development strategy, markets, client relationships, pursuit decisions, technical commitments, scope, pricing, contracts, and project delivery.
