Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities

- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for internal manufacturing and outsourced production.
- Design and detail equipment according to established company standards.
- Modify drawings and designs based on customer and project requirements.
- Review designs with internal teams and customers.
- Support projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced, engineer-to-order environment.
- Participate in customer meetings primarily virtually, with occasional travel as needed.

Essential Skills

- Proficiency in Solidworks and tooling design.
- 5+ years of solid modeling and mechanical design experience.
- Ability to take mechanical designs from concept through completion.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field/program. Equivalent experience considered.
- Experience with OEM machine design, tooling, or custom automation cells is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
