Position Overview
Role: E-Commerce Fulfillment & Customer Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM ( some schedule flexibility available! )
Type: Full-Time, Year-Round (Direct-hire potential for high performers)
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (commensurate with skills and experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
As the heartbeat of web order operations, you will oversee online orders from the moment they are placed until they arrive safely on the customer’s doorstep:
Pack & Ship: Act as the primary packer and shipper, ensuring every online order is handled with care, accurately packaged, and dispatched on time.
Inventory Coordination: Pull inventory directly from the warehouse and coordinate directly with retail store locations to track down any items not currently in stock.
Customer Care: Be the friendly voice on the phone, answering incoming customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, and product details with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Quality & Accuracy: Keep track of packing supplies, maintain an organized shipping station, and double-check order accuracy before dispatch.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in packing, shipping, warehouse fulfillment, or retail stock environments.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude when handling phone calls.
Solid problem-solving skills to track down inventory across locations.
High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a self-starter mindset.
Comfort working on your feet and handling standard shipping/fulfillment physical requirements.
