Our client is looking for a Collections Specialist for a fully REMOTE contract role. This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension/conversion.
***While this role is remote, the candidate MUST be located in NJ***
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm ET or 7.30am-4.30pm ET
Job Description:
The main function of a collector is to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. A typical collector is responsible for receiving payment, preparing statements to credit the department if the customer doesn’t respond, and maintaining collection records.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Some collections/accounts receivable experience required Candidate should have strong Excel experience as well as Google Sheets experience
