About this role

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO & CTO

Our client, a growing, well-capitalized technology company, is seeking an experienced, highly capable Executive Assistant to initially support its CEO and CTO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling organization at an important stage of growth and work closely with senior leadership as the company continues to build out its New York-based team.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and genuinely enjoys wearing multiple hats. The primary focus will be optimizing the CEO and CTO's time, keeping them organized and several steps ahead, and ensuring priorities continue moving forward. This person will also play an important role in keeping the New York office running smoothly and supporting recruiting, company events, culture, and other projects as the business scales.

The ideal candidate is an experienced EA who can come in and hit the ground running. They need someone proactive, resourceful, confident, and comfortable operating independently, with the backbone to manage up and protect the executives' time when needed. The scope of this role will continue to evolve as the company grows, so they want someone with a true startup mentality who is energized by change, comfortable picking up new responsibilities, and happy to jump in wherever they can add value.
