Who are we?

Richardson Motors is a new and used car dealer located in Dubuque, IA, selling new Honda, Buick, Cadillac, and GMC vehicles. Our new modern facilities are kept clean and staffed by experienced and fully trained service advisors that can sell your work. We offer full automotive vehicle repair and maintenance service and have a full-service collision repair shop able to work on all makes & models. Our service department is very busy and backed up for two weeks or more, with a growing customer pay repair order count every month. We are a family-owned dealership, established in 1958, and are committed to taking care of our customers and employees.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualities –

- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles quickly and efficiently to dealership and manufacturer standards

- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality

- Dedication to complete manufacturer required training and ASE training

- Fixed right the first-time mentality

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and computer)

- Ability to perform high quality and ethical multi-point vehicle inspections and videos on every vehicle every time to provide our customers with accurate information

- Trade school education and certifications or previous dealership/independent repair shop experience is encouraged

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
