What You'll Do – No Two Days Are the Same!

As a Facilities Specialist, you'll play an important role in keeping our properties, equipment, and facilities operating smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, vehicles, and equipment to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.

- Be Our Go-To Problem Solver: Handle general building repairs, maintenance requests, and everyday facility needs.

- Put Your Skills to Work: Complete painting, minor renovations, and repairs to walls, windows, doors, and other building features.

- Maintain Essential Systems: Assist with heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical maintenance and repairs.

- Keep Our Spaces Ready: Support custodial needs, building upkeep, and equipment setup to maintain clean, functional spaces.

- Stay Organized: Maintain supply inventories, track materials, and coordinate deliveries.

- Support Our Community: Pick up and deliver donations, supplies, and materials as needed.

- Coordinate Resources: Maintain vendor and supplier contacts to help ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

- Manage the Details: Track purchase receipts, verify deliveries, and assist with invoice reconciliation.

Qualifications

What you need:

You will need a High School Diploma or GED and have prior experience in maintaining facilities – OR – equivalent maintenance and facilities related experience.
