Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

EMS Solutions is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Depanel/Through-Hole Operator to join our production team! If you enjoy hands-on work, have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in producing quality products, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you'll assist with electronic component assembly, circuit board depaneling, quality inspections, and tracking products throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and prepare electronic components using through-hole processes.
- Operate equipment to separate (depanel) printed circuit boards.
- Clean, inspect, and label completed electronic assemblies.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation.
- Inspect components for accuracy, proper placement, and quality.
- Track production progress and update records in computer systems.
- Assist with material handling, inventory tracking, and preparing completed products for the next production stage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new equipment and processes.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Ability to follow workplace safety procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and handling small components.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to wear required safety equipment.
