Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, object-oriented programming principles, and modern web development frameworks. This role requires active participation throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using .NET technologies.
- Build and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET technologies.
- Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Maintain source code repositories using Git and follow version control best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of overall IT experience in Application Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with OOP concepts, C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and jQuery.
- Hands-on development experience with ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Web API, and modern web technologies.
- Experience developing and consuming Web Services (SOAP and REST).
- Strong knowledge of XML and JSON data formats.
- Working experience with Git and source control management.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
