Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of adults and pediatrics.
- Taking, reviewing, and converting home care referrals
- Overseeing all client care services
- Assessing patients, developing plans of care, coordinating services, and managing discharge planning
- Completing client admissions, pre-admission visits, and recertifications
- Ensuring compliance with agency policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to Medicaid and Medicare
- Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and F16 clinical record documentation
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for clinical troubleshooting and support after hours
- Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback
- Conducting new-hire orientations on company regulations and patient documentation systems
- Representing the agency in clinical matters and maintaining professional relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Nevada RN license
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 2+ years of recent RN experience
- 1+ year of recent experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, wound care, and infusions
- 1+ year of home health experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Compensation
- Compensation ($75K - $85K) is based on experience, credentials, assignments, and availability
- This position may also be eligible for bonuses, or other incentive compensation, where applicable
