Behind every great event is someone who got the details right. As Sales, Catering & CS Coordinator, you will keep our sales office running smoothly, making sure every client feels cared for and every event detail is correct from first inquiry to final invoice.
Job Summary
Keep the sales office running. Make sure every inquiry, contract, and event detail is accurate and on time, so the sales team can sell and the event team can deliver.
What You'll Do
Including but not limited to:
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on proposals
- Prepare contracts, event orders, and confirmations, and check them against the proposal
- Coordinate space holds and event setups across departments
- Track deposits and support billing with Finance
- Give every client a service experience that makes them want to come back
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in administrative, customer service, or events work
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and booking or CRM systems
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication
- Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
